Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Coordination:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining project scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
- Coordinate and communicate project requirements with stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of expectations and project objectives.
- Team Management:
- Lead, motivate, and guide project teams to ensure efficient project execution and timely completion within budget and quality parameters.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging open communication, innovation, and growth.
- Quality Control and Assurance:
- Implement quality control processes to guarantee the highest standard of workmanship and compliance with project specifications.
- Regularly monitor and assess project progress, identifying and addressing deviations from established quality standards.
- Budget and Resource Management:
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation.
- Procure necessary materials and resources in coordination with procurement teams, optimizing costs while maintaining quality.
- Client Interaction:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure their vision and requirements are met and exceeded.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and minimize disruptions.
- Monitor and manage project risks, promptly addressing issues to prevent escalation.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in project management, construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in paver installation or related construction projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing project needs and effectively manage priorities.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
